Oven Cleaning
Oven Cleaning, General Inspection and Condition Report
Oven clean:
Our engineers will provide a deep clean of the oven by removing debris, improving the output of the machine and reducing the likelihood of a fire outbreak. Whilst cleaning is in progress, we will also provide a thorough visual inspection of the oven chamber; the external oven walls & the roof.
General Inspection:
The internal inspection will highlight anything that poses an imminent risk of oven failure, as well as any medium-risk issues. These issues can then be discussed with the client and subsequently rectified with remedial works and a planned shutdown.
A thermographic test is then conducted on the oven exterior to determine it’s thermal barrier condition. During this process the seals on all doors and inspection points on the outer walls and roof are also checked for heat loss.
This thermographic testing is highly important, as any heat escape from the thermal barrier can lead to:
- A vast rise in operational costs.
- Lessened quality of the product.
- Health and safety risks for any operatives working in the nearby area.
Condition Report:
Following the oven clean and general inspection, a comprehensive condition report is produced. This report aims to outline the best course of remedial action, aided by the professional expertise of the author. The underlying purpose of the condition report is to help prolong the lifespan of the oven, and maximise throughput while providing solutions in the most cost-effective manner.
