Project spotlight
Full oven relocation
Wales → Hull
A complete production oven moved between operating sites: decommissioned, sectioned and craned out in Wales, transported by low loader, then rebuilt, re-banded and recommissioned in Hull — one team, start to finish.
Decommission & lift outThe oven was stripped, split into sections and craned onto transport at the Welsh site.
TransportOven sections secured and moved cross-country by low loader.
Rebuild & re-bandSections repositioned, drives refitted and a new oven band installed and tensioned.
CommissioningLine tested and handed back to production in Hull.
